We ship to Canada and the US. We ship via Canada Post. Please allow 6-10 business days for your shipment to arrive.

Shipping within Canada is $8.00 CAD. Orders over $250.00 ship free.

Shipping to the US is $8.00 CAD.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your purchase. However, we do not refund the cost of shipping. It is your responsibility to ship your purchase back to us. Please email us (info@munkeejewelry.com) before doing so.

Quality

Our jewelry is well-made and we always test our pieces to make sure that they will wear well. We guarantee our jewelry within 6 months of purchasing. However, if you have a problem with one of our pieces, we will be happy to repair it for you free of charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping the piece back to us. Shopping Cart

Our shopping cart uses Paypal. PayPal accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, E-Checks as well as payments directly from your bank account. You do not need a Paypal account to place an order from us.

Taxes

Orders within Ontario are subject to 6% GST and 8% PST. Orders sent to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador are subject to 14% HST. All other parts of Canada are subject to 6% GST.

US Orders

US orders are not subject to Canadian taxes. However, your order may be subject to import duty or taxes, depending on the regulations in your area. Contact US Customs for more information.

Sizing Info

You may have noticed that we offer different sizes for all of our bracelets and most of our necklaces. This is so that our customers can get the closest thing to custom fit jewelry. We understand that not everyone has the same size wrist or neck. Sarah Zahran, the owner of Munkee, has a small wrist and has always had a problem finding a bracelet that didn’t just fall right off! Thus, the idea for different sizes came to be.

Bracelet Sizes

Our bracelets come in small, medium and large. Small is designed for women who find that standard bracelet sizes tend to be quite a bit too large. Our Medium is slightly smaller than the industry standard size for bracelets of 7 1/4 inches, but this varies slightly depending on the style of bracelet. Large is designed for women with larger wrists, or those who find that standard size bracelets tend to be a little snug.

How to Figure Out Your Size

If you are not sure what size category you fit into to then you can measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape (the ones that seamstresses and tailors use). Or, if you do not have such a measuring tape, you can cut a piece of string to the exact size of your wrist and then hold it up against a ruler. Measure your wrist about an inch (2.5cm) above your wrist bone. Write this measurement down and use this as a reference to determine what size category you fit in when looking at our bracelets. Each of our bracelets sizes will give the range that they fit; however, if you fall between these categories, always go to the next size up. (For example, if you fall between small and medium, then chose medium). You will find that some bracelets are sized a little differently than others (due to the materials used), so make sure you check the size ranges for each bracelet you look at, as they will vary from one style to the next.

If you are buying for someone and you are not sure what size to get, it is probably best to buy size Medium.

Necklace Sizes

Many of our necklaces come in different sizes. As well, some are adjustable. Size small is intended for women with smaller necks and thus will not be suitable for women with average size or larger necks. Size medium or large will be suitable for most women.
